This is the first national tower in downtown Akron, Ohio it can be seen from almost anywhere in Akron including the W&LE mainline formally the AC&Y, the CSX main line, formally the b&o, the PRR and Erie main lines. It is 21 stories tall because of its size it is slightly smaller than scale to give a forced perspective it looks best when placed behind another building.
